Kokoro15 is in development. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect while we run the waitlist. It is a summary, not legal advice.

Who is responsible

The Kokoro15 founding team manages this waitlist. Our contact details are on the contact page. Full business and contact details will be finalized before public launch.

What we collect

  • Your email address and the time you joined.
  • Campaign details in the link you arrived from (UTM parameters) and the referring site, if your browser shares it.
  • Optional research answers: what gets in your way, whether you would pay, and any free text you write.
  • Whether you clicked the founder call link. We do not know whether you then booked.

Why

To send waitlist and launch updates, and to learn whether Kokoro15 is worth building and how to shape it. We don't sell your data.

We ask for your consent when you join. Research answers are optional and choosing not to answer or book a call does not affect your place on the list. Please do not include medical, financial or other sensitive information in your written answer.

Cookies and tracking

We use one secure, HttpOnly cookie that links your browser to your waitlist entry for up to 30 days, so the research page can remember your progress. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent and delete your email and answers on the unsubscribe page from the browser where you originally joined. For another browser or a request to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your information, see contact.

Withdrawal does not affect processing before you withdrew. If you have concerns, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Storage

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase and handled by our hosting provider, Replit, to operate this website. Access to the database is restricted to the server and authorized project administrators.

We keep data while it is needed for validation and launch updates, and remove it when those purposes end or you ask us to delete it. Provider locations and any applicable international-transfer arrangements will be reviewed and disclosed before public launch.

If you choose to open Calendly to book a founder call, Calendly processes booking details under its own privacy notice. That step is optional.
